Day 30: the long Island Iced Tea.

Now, onto our final drink. This is my absolute favourite. maybe because it’s got as lots of spirits in it as a cocktail can have. maybe it’s just because it tastes great. maybe it’s a little from both bags. It’s a drink I buy whenever I can.

The long Island Iced Tea is a very strong drink for such a long cocktail. The mix of so lots of spirits can be a little daunting. The good news is the policy is the lighter the spirit, the lighter the hangover. As all the alcohol in this drink is white, you shouldn’t have too much of a hangover the next day.

And FYI, we don’t use the word ‘hangover’ here. At romance Media, we refer to it as ‘Cocktail Flu’.
